3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button for a paid order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices
All prices stated in the online shop are in Euro.
Shipping costs may be incurred in addition. These will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
5. Payment
The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. These may include PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods.
Payment is due upon completion of the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Some of our products are only produced after an order has been placed. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the product, production capacity, and shipping service provider.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Print-on-Demand Products
Some of our products are only manufactured after the order has been received. This may result in varying production and delivery times.
Personalized or custom-made products created according to customer specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided the legal requirements for this are met.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body or health.
In the event of slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
